Arriving in Quebec in 1968, Chahi “Sharkie” Tarakjian, of Armenian origin, grew up in the West Island. Founder of Promo Link, he’s supported local businesses for 20+ years. Elected Borough Councillor in 2021, he remains deeply committed to fostering unity, civic pride, and the spirit of mutual support that defines the Pierrefonds-Roxboro community.
