On November 26, Judge Nathalie Chalifour of the Court of Québec certified the results of the election for councillor for the district of Tétreaultville in the borough<\/span> of Mercier–Hochelaga–Maisonneuve. The rigorous recount process carried out has confirmed the election of Julien Hénault-Ratelle to this position.<\/p>\n\n\n

The certification of this electoral result marks the end of the recounts required for the 2021 general election. In total, the votes of nearly 84,000 electors were recounted, verified and validated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The six candidates who received a plurality of votes in the election after recounts join the other 97 people elected for the 2021-2025 term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
